nah failed , i didnt fall asleep yay . one of the 3% who didnt fall asleep or didnt feel perfect afterwards . completely followed the instruction felt really tired but i didnt fall asleep or rejuvinate/refresh myself .

I agree it did make me relax a bit easier, but the words are just off putting. I would rather hear a deep voice telling me these insturctions, I feel voice and command would help with the hypnotism.
