that guy is a skinhead the eyes tatto is Charlie Manson (he was a serial killer in the 60′s who killed a bunch of famous people in order to start a race war between the whites and blacks) the band shirt he’s wearing is a skinhead band he’s bald.. he’s a skinhead so yeah he’s racist LOL
