There are way worse dresses then that…just because the teacher or principle dont like the girl doesnt mean anything….If the student was a friend to them then they wouldnt say anything….And dress code doesnt apply to most or maybe all schools when a prom or dance comes along. Just be grateful that she isnt wearing only a bra and underwear.. at least she is covered….and also it is hard to get a nice dress wit a girl that has big boobs that could be covered all the way.Its only the top of them anyways. Even shirts do that to but nobody says anything about that!
