Wow. You’re an asshole. His parents did this, if anyone, you should wish that on them. I pity the poor kid, he’s going to have so many breathing problems. Our world is so fucked up.

if the child dies of cancer than the parents would feel sad wouldn’t they? then again if the parents care they wouldn’t teach him to smoke.
