actually this picture is not real its photoshopped i went to the exact address on the map put it on street view and i didnt see a flashing girl. but there were two random women walking down that same street but they dont look like the ones in the picture so its faked.
In some places it’s legal for women to go topless… it’s not that shocking… plus on a hot day lifting your shirt up and down quickly is a great way to cool off… maybe not THAT high, but still…
Um…. Just to let you know, unless you were watching it at the exact same time the picture was taken, I don’t really think you are going to see the girl……. Just sayin’…

Um, the guy said he went down to street view - he didn’t visit it for real. How often have you “put it on street view” in real life exactly? Do you think that’s code for something?
