I remember this one. It is obviously fake… I heard on the news that all chicken nuggets go through a few stages where they are battered etc. manually. It would would be impossible for that to get into a happy meal as it would have been discarded long beforehand. It was just another low-life with another ridiculous scheme to discredit McDonalds.

Snopes seems to have confirmed it. There are a ton of stories about fried rats that are up in the air, but according to snopes, it was a package of fried chicken wings.
