This fan page would be funnier if it wasn’t a rip off of a joke from a decade-old Family Guy episode. Peter designed a toy called Mr. Zucchini Head who has cool big shoes and a hat and would vibrate around a table as a kind of dance.

Can’t find the clip on YouTube, but I think it was first season.

Whether this was a conscious joke by Disney or not is irrelevant, because whatever the case it is plagiarism. Either the group is trying to get followers by stealing a Seth MacFarlane joke, or Disney is getting a cheap adult laugh for the same crime. One or the other will be sued in due course. It is all outlined in my 1000 page dossier.
